Sri Lanka Deliveries
- Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days after production.
International Deliveries
- Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days after dispatch.
- Customs clearance may cause additional delays.

Return Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide:

- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
After review, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- A partial refund
- A full refund
- Store credit
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost during transit, Toon Frame will arrange a replacement or refund after investigation with the courier service.
