Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email or message once payment is successfully completed.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake

- Incorrect product delivered
- Order cannot be fulfilled by Toon Frame
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after production has started
- Customer-uploaded low-quality images
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Delays caused by courier services
- Minor color variations due to screen settings and printing differences
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
The actual time required for funds to appear may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
Order Cancellation
Before Production
Orders may be canceled before production begins and may qualify for a full refund.
After Production Begins
Customized orders generally cannot be canceled once production has started.
